Talking about yeast free diet and alcohol, I think it is important for us to know about. Of course, none of us who have had candida should ever drink to excess. I guess we have to think for ourselves in some regards and decide what would be best for us. Read more..

This woman is sticking with the Oil of Oregano drops (both anti-candida and anti-viral) and MSM in the Russ candida protocol and hasnt decided whether to follow the chiropractor’s directions to stay on the “Russ Protocol” diet for another 3 weeks, or whether to continue with the Colloidal Silver. Russ was not pleased with the chiropractor’s supplement prescriptions, which were to be used in addition to the ones that Russ said she should take. Read more..

I thought what has happening with my friends health regarding candida problems could have some bearing on the situation of some or one of you, so I would share it here. Someone asked me if I could tell her if I have ever stayed on their period for days and days while on the candida treatment. She has been on her period for 3 weeks she has been on the treatment for 10 months and going thru a lot of die-off. She had the yeast since she was a kid that she doesnt know if this is part of the die-off or not. She also questioned at what candida level we will start to feel crappy. Her IgG is 319, IgA 172, and IgM 124. She only seems to have sugar cravings, occasional yeast infections, and skin fungus. She is wondering if she could be feeling better and just not knows it. I will answer a question about yeast infections and birth control here. Last year, my friend took Aleese birth control, for it had low estrogen. Then, after one year it gave her yeast infections she had to stop using it. Finally, they went away after months of pain. Then, she started Minestrogen and after 3 days, she got horrible yeast infections again, so she stopped right away. Fortunately, they stopped. However, she now needs a recommendation of new birth control as she doesnt want to ruin her sex life anymore. Read more..

Someone asked me about the birth control I was mentioned earlier for yeast infection. She asked me if Natural Family Planning (NFP) is a form of birth control where you check for discharge each day. The main part of NFP is keeping track of your cervical fluid, and watching for the changes that signal ovulation. There are other signs, too, like the position of your cervix and your basal body temperature that can confirm where you are in your cycle. Read more..
