Terrible sugar cravings and wooziness are two problems you may have when you have candida. In this case, a woman has this problem. She is currently unable to stick to a very strict Candida diet because she is in college and it lands her flat on her back. She is, however, hoping to go cold-turkey when she gets home in a week or 2. Her biggest 2 problems when she goes off the food are 1) terrible cravings, 24 hours a day, for weeks, and she feels like pulling her hair out and screaming because they’re so intense. Her other problem is wooziness. She will get incredibly weak and so nauseated that she wishes she could vomit but she can’t, and then she gets very pale and her skin gets icy cold and sweaty. Then the world starts spinning, but she never actually passes out. Read more..

You must realize something basic about candida, the bottom line is that every sufferer is highly individual outside of some basic candida no no’s like sugar, etc. This, I think is where most people struggle and saying “what can I eat” etc. Stick to “live” and “fresh” and test things out one by one – not in groups, because then you will not know if you can handle it. There is this woman who suffers with terrible sugar cravings and wooziness. She thinks it probably due to her blood pressure. She always only drinks filtered water with fresh lemon in it. She doesn’t drink a half lemon’s worth of juice a day like what somebody has suggested to her. But she will try that.
She is on an herbal regimen right now where she takes about 40 pills a day. She considers Candex and asks whether Candex herbal or not. They helped a lot when she was on the diet, but it’s been
rough. But she seems to do well with herbal, while any actual medications either don’t work at all for her, or work in a way that no one has ever heard about before. It’s gotten to the point now where if she goes a few hours without eating sugar or breads, she gets extremely ill. Read more..

Have you ever had your heart racing? Someone on my group gets that. Her heart rate will get up to 120-130/min. She knows sugar definitely does it, not sure of everything else. She gets horrible anxiety as well, although with depression simultaneously. One thing that might be true is that one of her doctors (not a natural medicine doctor, but a pretty open minded one) said that if you eat something and it irritates your stomach, that will trigger a nerve and this controls the heart, so that’s why if you’re allergic to foods sometimes your heart rate will rise. I get several messages from people who are already on the stage where they are desperate and hopeless for their condition either sugar cravings or fighting the candida. I dedicate this motivation words to all of you.
Candida is a bitch. No other way to put it. It makes one feel nuts, theres little support for the sufferers of it in the outside world, it interferes with basic mental functions at times, it fuels anxiety, depression, and self worth. You bring up one of the worst problems with it: the candida does not want you to get better. Yes, there is a part of you that doesnt want to get better: its the yeast itself. Its not you. Do not blame yourself. Through no fault of your own, whenever a diet starts working, the damned yeast brings about sugar cravings. Considering yeast is not a thinking being, it almost feels like it knows its dying and demands to be fed. That isnt lack of will power on your part; its the yeast. Read more..
