In my opinion, I think it is better to eat starch rather than breads in your anti yeast infection diet. But, dont slip because it just makes it worse. Despite of my age that I believe is younger than most of the readers, I have had an imbalance all my life. I have been allergic to milk since I was a baby. The following article is sharing about my experience with all the gluten free rice breads. My husband has been gluten-free for 4 years as he is having gluten intolerance called Herpetiformus Dermatitis. We own several “Gluten-Free Gourmet” cook books by Bette Hagman. During that time, I have tried and tried to make decent rice bread. It never tastes or has the texture of real wheat bread with gluten. Frequently, I use normal recipes and just substitute rice flour for wheat, but use it less. For example, if the recipe calls for 3 cups flour, use about 2.5 cups rice flour. The particles are so fine that you need less of it. Read more..

Carbs turn into blood sugar which turns into blood alcohol and the yeast in your intestines and the yeast in your bloodstream can eat it all. Secondly, many people think that even stevia-sweetened foods can cause an insulin surge. Likewise, it creates an impression of sweetness in the mind which you will seek to fulfill again, causing you to consume more carbs and feed the candida again. Read more..
