My Recommendation to fight candida

My purpose writing this article is to convey my experience fighting candida on your situation. Based on my experiences I would recommend these things:

1. If you can afford it, get a series of hydro-colonics to flush out old fecal matter in your system. Candida is a yeast, but it turns to a fungal scavenger and will use decaying, fermenting food as a fuel. It also likes mucous to protect it from anti-fungals. Flushing this out will expose much of the Candida in your intestine/colon to whatever anti-Candida treatment you take like the psyllium/bentonite/Caproil mixture. I cannot stress enough what a difference this made for me. I’m going for my fifth soon. Take enemas if you stop eliminating. Emptying your colon of waste is a priority.

2. Again, if you can, juice fresh vegetables. You can juice almost anything green, I’d recommend celery, kale, garlic, cucumber, turnip greens, spinach, etc. I am avoiding carrot juice until I am in better shape. You sound like you probably should, too. The book I recommend is Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices- What’s Missing in Your Body? by N.W. Walker D.SC. This guy knows his business. Juicing cuts out the stress that breaking down foods puts on your body and allows it to spend that energy on healing where you need it. Read that book cover to cover.

3. Stick to vegetables, nuts, seeds, fish and poultry: organic for the vegetables, antibiotic for the poultry. If you want red meat, and it doesn’t sound like you do, just listen to your body. I eat lots of nuts, (but no peanuts) which take a long time to digest, but I (probably) have the highest energy requirement of anyone on this group. The fats are a source of energy that gets me through long days.

On Saturday I moved ten refrigerators up and down stairs, about six washer and dryer sets and innumerable pieces of furniture. At the end of the day my partner was dead beat, but I was feeling good!

4. Eat when you’re hungry, not by any clock.
5. Walk daily, I’d suggest at least 30 minutes continuously. I try to do this in addition to my work for peristalsis.
6. Do not eat any carbs.

7. I recommend the Trinity of bentonite/caproil/psyllium and GSE or olive leaf extract. I am on the GSE right now and it’s the best so far. It’s also VERY inexpensive. The bottle I bought holds about 4000 drops: I use about 45-60 drops per day.

8. Take acidophilus daily. Take a mixture of other intestinal flora as well. Follow the instructions as to when to take. I take about 4 or 5 times the amount listed as a dose on my acidophilus as I am not on what would be called a ‘maintenance’ dosage. These guys have to do battle daily. If you kill the Candida but take no probiotics, there’s not much progress. You have to replace the ‘good’ bacteria constantly to tip the balance in your favor.

9. Eat as much of your food as possible raw. You need the enzymes. Cooking food kills enzymes, period. The temperature to kill enzymes is from 107 Fahrenheit to 117 Fahrenheit as I understand it.

10. Drink lots of pure water, preferably reverse osmosis water. Chlorine kills your intestinal flora. So does caffeine. Try herbal tea, pass on the honey. When our guy goes to the shop in the mornings, I sit there and watch them all eat donuts and cookies while I sip my chamomile tea. Trust me, it gets easier!

11. Avoid temptation as much as possible
