By This article is based on a friend of mine who wanted to share her experience. She was diagnosed with Candida in September 2000. She had probably had it since 1988 or so though. She was taking a Kenalog shot every 8 weeks for her allergies. She had to take the shot or she would get sick and need more antibiotics. She is wondering what is harmful in allergy shots. Also she would like suggestions about acne and candida.

Otherwise, supplements work, too. Doctors say that the steroid in the allergy shot can bring your immune system down and a lot of allergy shots contain steroids.
